Stanza

Definition:A stanza is a paragraph or few lines that forms into a part of  the poem. Stanza can be lengthy, rhythmical, or have a really weird beat.

Significance: Without stanza, a poem wouldn't be a poem anymore. Basically, stanza is the main part of the poem. Stanza is what divides the poem in many different parts. Every part of the poem is a stanza. Sometimes, you can make the poem even more interesting by adding more stanza. Stanza is really important to poetry.

Examples:

I Love To Write Poems

I love to write

Day and night

What would my heart do

But cry, sigh and be blue

If I could not write

Writing feels good

And I know it should

Who could have knew

That what I do

Is write, write, write
